What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, postcode, order contents, and payment confirmation references from Stripe in production.
How we use it
Information is used to fulfil orders, communicate delivery updates, improve shop operations, and comply with food safety traceability requirements where applicable.
Demo mode
In frontend demo mode, checkout details and mock orders may be stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to production systems.
