How same-day fishmonger delivery works in London
Fish@Hom is a marketplace. You buy from a named fishmonger’s counter. They pack it. It comes the same day, inside that shop’s radius — not from a warehouse we stock ourselves.
Step 1: Enter your postcode
We geocode the postcode and measure it against each fishmonger’s shop location. A shop only appears as available if your door sits inside their delivery radius — in metres, not by borough name.
Step 2: Choose a fishmonger covering your area
If more than one shop can reach you, you pick one. Every order belongs to a single counter. You are not mixing Hackney stock with Borough stock in the same bag.
Step 3: Browse today’s available counter stock
The catalogue is that shop’s live quantity, not a warehouse list. If a line is on the page, they can pack it today. If it sells out, it disappears.
Step 4: Order online and receive same-day delivery
You check out as a guest. The order is received immediately — there is no date to choose. The fishmonger packs it at the counter and sends it the same day. We check the postcode against the radius again at checkout.
