Deliver your counter stock across your neighbourhood

How the marketplace works

You remain the fishmonger. Customers see your shop name, your address, and your stock. They are not buying a Fish@Hom house brand from a warehouse. An order is yours alone — it never includes another shop's fish.

Radius-based ordering

You set a delivery radius in metres from the counter. We check the customer's postcode against that radius (PostGIS distance, not a hand-drawn zone). If they are outside it, they cannot check out with you. That keeps tickets inside the neighbourhood you can actually cover the same day.

Live counter stock

Quantity on the partner stock screen is what the customer sees. Lines with none left do not appear. Stock is a ledger: every sale and adjustment writes a movement, so the number on the site matches what you can pack. You are not syncing a separate “online range”.

Commission

Commission is agreed when we take you on — it is not a public self-serve tariff. The current standard is 10% of the fish total. Delivery fees are not included in that percentage; they stay with the shop. We can agree a different rate in writing before you go live.

Payouts

Paid orders sit against your shop. We run payouts for a date range in the partner portal: fish totals in, commission out, net due. There is no instant wallet and no “start selling in five minutes” flow. You see the period, the orders, and the status.

Onboarding

Email or WhatsApp with the shop name, address, and the radius you can cover. We set the shop up. You get a partner login, attach today's lines from the shared catalogue (or request a product we do not have), set quantities, and take orders from the orders screen. Pack, mark out for delivery, done.
